Thanks to Special Event Tipis for making our day even more special with their amazing structures. We had a 4 hat tipi and it was perfect size and layout, which is all thanks to Amy, Kate and Dave for their advice on how to set it up. Any queries we had they answered quickly and made it feel easy in agreeing the final layout. Start Planning Your EventFirst of all a huge thank you to David and his team for their professionalism throughout the ‘putting up and taking down’ phase of the tipis, nothing was too much trouble. They were very efficient and super nice guys to boot! David was brilliant from the very first telephone conversation through to the end of the process. He even managed to calm down the panicked ‘what if it rains’ stage by offering a viable rainy day fall back plan, thankfully not needed! Above all Charis and Kieran were totally delighted, the tipis were all they had hoped for and more and perfectly suited the whole ethos of their wedding. Crucially they were in total harmony with and added their own magic to the beautiful ‘West Hall’ site. The Open Day was certainly an eye opener for me, whilst photographs are really useful, they cannot do full justice to the atmosphere created by actually being inside the tipis!

What can I say about Special Event Tipis?! From the very first enquiry, Kate, Dave and Amy have been fantastic. When I first started researching Tipi companies for our Autumnal wedding, Special Event Tipis stood out from the rest! Special Event Tipis did our wedding for us at Silverholme manor on April 27th 2019. I was initially not too keen on the idea of a tipi as I thought they could sometimes look quite dark. However upon reading through their beautiful brochure, I noticed that their furniture and dressing of the tipi was of such a high standard that we made an enquiry with them. They immediately began to offer solutions to my lighting reservation and we ended up with the most beautiful tipi with opened up sides, allowing the natural light and view of Lake Windemere pour in. The guys really did have a solution to absolutely everything. The dressing was of the highest quality and the team always willing to help throughout the whole process. Amy and the planning team were so friendly and helpful along with David and the set up team. (Although our favourite team member by far was Bea!!!) I’ll continue to recommend the team to everyone I meet! Thanks so much guys for helping make the weekend the very best of our lives. xxxxx
