Absolutely brilliant to work with. Tipis looked so beautiful and were so right for our more rustic, alternative wedding. Kate and Dav were super helpful from start to finish, very knowledgeable and put up with an awful lot of chopping and changing i did over the last 2 years! Would recommend to anyone considering an outdoor structure for their wedding day!

Special Event Tipis provided us with a tipi last minute for our wedding in April 2021. When the government announced wedding receptions had to be outside 3 weeks before the wedding, they were really fast to reply with quotes and discuss setup etc. The tipi looked fantastic and there were so many lovely extras to chose from. They set it up 2 days before, giving us plenty of time to decorate and showed us how to turn on lights, heating, put the sides up/down etc which were all very simple. I would 100% recommend.

Fabulous experience with Special Event Tipi’s for our wedding reception at Brathay Hall at Windermere. Kate was super helpful and responsive from the start, helping us to arrange the tipi in just over 2 weeks as COVID restrictions changed. The tipi set up was very straight forward from our perspective and everyone involved with really friendly and helpful. The team were very flexible in adjusting the various packages and options to suit exactly what we needed and the end result was beautiful. Thank you!

The name says it all!! We fell in love with the tipis and knew they were what we wanted at our very first open day – they are so special and I just love everything about them! We’ve had a few bumps along the road with our wedding planning since but Kate, Dav, Amy and the rest of the team have been so amazing and supportive throughout and we can’t thank them enough. We finally had our very own tipi wedding on Saturday with a drastically reduced guest list and it couldn’t have been more perfect, all thanks to Kate’s quick thinking and moving our wedding forward a week with three days notice. I’d 100% recommend them for anyone considering a smaller wedding due to the restrictions at the moment as they can grow or shrink to your numbers! The only sad part was when they had to come down! From the very first conversation we had, to their open day we went to last August and the site visit with David, they couldn’t have been any more helpful. Massive thank you to Special Event Tipis!!! So incredibly grateful for playing a huge part in making our wedding day perfect!!! The team that came to set up the tipi were incredibly professional and worked so well in such a small space.
