4. Our 24-hour call-out service

The nature of outdoor events means we need to be prepared for all eventualities. We offer a 24-hour call-out service with spare crew, vehicles, and equipment ready to go at the drop of a hat.

We can organise loos, generators, showers, fridge trailers and we stock our own heaters, hard flooring and clear sides, all of which, can be added into your quote even at the very last minute to help ensure that your event goes perfectly whatever the weather or time of year!

Our team are super efficient and over the years we’ve refined our techniques to the highest standards. We can advise you on the best pitch for your marquee, the best openings and set up to suit the weather and of course the best internal floor plans to suit your individual event.

Your floor plan is so much more than being able to physically fit tables into a space. Nobody wants their guests to feel hemmed in and for a successful event, practical elements must also be considered. How will your caterers access your tables? Where will guests mingle? Is there enough room behind your bar for service? Can your top table see all the guests? We can help with all these considerations and more by being able to confidently say what does and does not work inside our tents.
