A floor plan is so much more than being able to physically fit tables into a space! Nobody wants their guests to feel hemmed in and for a successful event, practical elements must also be considered. How will your caterers access your tables? Where will guests mingle? Is there enough head room behind your bar for service? Can your top table see all the guests? We can help with all these considerations and more by being able to confidently say what does and does not work inside our tipi tents.

COVID-19 has brought its own set of floor plan considerations and never has the layout of an internal space been so important. If needed, we can create a COVID secure floor plan for your wedding or Special Event that fully complies will all social distancing measures, whilst allowing for maximum airflow. The flexibility and outdoor nature of our Tipi structures really is a huge plus when planning a wedding or event during the current pandemic!

As a Cumbrian tipi hire company with easy access to the Lake District, Northumberland and Scotland, we spend our time in some of the most beautiful countryside around and we love seeing guests making the most of the gorgeous scenery we have right here on our doorstep! The above layout really lets the outside in whilst catering for up to 24 guests, a great setup for a small, intimate event!

A spacious tipi layout for around 80 guests with clear panels and oak doors. The perfect tipi package for gorgeous views whatever the weather! We love that the top table has an Edison Chandelier backdrop for those all important speech photographs and of course it also provides that little bit of extra twinkle for the first dance!

The space inside this 4 Giant Hat Tipi set up is a great mix of round tables with a one sided top table. A large raised side at the front of the structure gives easy access to our quirky round bar from both inside and out.
